Ambassador is seeking a graphics technician in Lanett! Great hours with a great starting wage! Healthy increase at 90 days. This job is for a career-minded individual, who is looking to learn new skills as well as to grow within a company.
As a Graphic Technician, you will:
- Monitor the press schedule to formulate the inks needed and the quantities of ink for upcoming jobs.
- Make sure the ink inventory paperwork is filled out accurately at the end of each shift.
- Mix standard and matched color ink, sample ink batches, print swatches, and perform quality color checks.
- Manufacture quantity of ink to be mixed according to coverage requirements.
- Uses color meter and/or spectrophotometer to match sample colors for the customer if necessary.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Dexterity of hands.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Must have good judgment of color.
- Must be able to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
