If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Van Driver. Your role as a Van Driver is crucial in ensuring that children arrive at our center safely, ready for a day of learning and fun. Duties
  • Safely transport children to and from the Child Care Center, ensuring their well-being and comfort throughout the journey.
  • Follow a set route and schedule, adjusting for traffic or weather conditions as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the van, conducting regular vehicle inspections and adhering to maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure that all children are securely fastened in appropriate car seats or seat belts.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and childcare staff, providing updates on transportation schedules and any incidents.
  • Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere within the van.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with child safety seat installation and usage.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Patience, attentiveness, and the ability to handle the varying needs of children during transportation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on safety.
  • A strong commitment to children's well-being and safety.
