Ambient Edge is a leading provider of Commercial and Residential HVAC and Plumbing Services in Nevada & Arizona. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to add a Plumbing Coordinator to our dynamic team of Service experts!
The Big Task
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Plumbing Department.
Other key job responsibilities:
- Prioritizing daily Plumbing calls by working with Call Center Team and Plumbing Manager
- Work hand-on-hand with Plumbers to relay key job information to ensure only the best customer service and proficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by keeping them informed of appointment/job status, resolving issues, and promoting the Ambient Edge Brand.
- Be a positive team player- eager to learn and grow in our rapidly growing industry.

Requirements
IF you got what it takes, we want to meet with you!
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- Customer Service experience a must! Bonus points if experienced in Service Industry.
- Know your way around a computer- Microsoft Office Suite, Service Titan
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable.
- Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 10lbs occasionally
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Bend, stoop, and carry
- Repeating motion that may include wrists, hands, and fingers
