To be considered for this role, candidates MUST:
- Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture.
- Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous customer service to guests from arrival to departure, with a primary focus to engage each guest in fun conversation and recognition.
- Arrange transportation needs for guests.
- Maintain full knowledge of Ambiente's services and offerings to maximize guest experiences and provide awareness of the services available on property.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, as needed.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
- Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality.
- Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
