The Analyst is an important member of the Patient Identification Platform team and works closely with Engagement Managers, Developers, and other cross functional team members to ensure successful implementation. As an Analyst, you will:
- Support the implementation of products and services for our biopharma customers.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Ambit products and services, as well as understand customer needs, relevant product features, and the implementation process.
- Lead discrete tasks to achieve on time execution.
- Engage directly with key stakeholders, including caregivers, healthcare professionals and patient advocates
- Develop clear and compelling PowerPoint slides that summarize progress and performance Against engagement objectives
- Communicate internally implementation updates, engagement roadblocks, and potential solutions; with experience direct client communications responsibilities will be added to the role
- Interact with and manage third-party vendors
- Interact with team members in our collegial and collaborative environment but communicate with directness and candor.
- Identify and recommend product enhancements and new product opportunities to the Product Development team
Qualifications:
- Undergraduates with 1 year of relevant work experience (exceptions to work experience may be made for exceptional candidates) or Master’s degree with a demonstrated interest in biopharma and product development or implementation
Base salary is $55,000-$100,000
