We are revolutionizing the delivery of healthcare and we need a Junior Accountant to join us. Responsibilities: Support timely monthly financial statement close completed in accordance with the Mobile Health division’s month/quarter/year-end closing process. Perform account analysis and reconciliation on the Mobile Health division’s workpapers including cash, credit cards, investments, prepaid, accrued liabilities, and fixed assets. Review of our Philippines team’s work papers for the Mobile Health division. Manage Mobile Health’s billing & accounts receivable reconciliation and follow-up. Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance for the Mobile Health Division. Post Mobile Health journal entries, generate accruals, and reconcile bank statements. Analyze financial statements and accounts for discrepancies for the Mobile Health division. Reconcile intercompany balances. Performs other duties as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 2 years of previous work experience in accounting. Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. Public Company Experience Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Familiarity with Workday is a plus. Strong analytical ability Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You have good judgment, strong interpersonal skills, solid problem-solving skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, self-motivated and well-organized.
