As a Data Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for entering data into different databases while managing and maintaining effective record keeping. Your attention to detail, commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ability to work collaboratively with team members are essential in ensuring the efficient flow of products through our distribution facility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Monitor order pulling from the warehouse.
- Process all invoices for routes after all orders have been selected.
- Upload route information to Fleet Command (transportation website).
- Assemble driver paperwork for routes.
- Assemble communications for each store with paperwork.
- Perform end of day once all trucks have been loaded.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year Warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work unsupervised and stay on task.
- Computer literate including 10-key.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with good acumen.
- Experience with AS/400 a plus.
