What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Helper Hiring Event position at Amcor Hiring Day! Offers on the spot, starting ASAP!?
WHAT YOU GET TO DO AS A MACHINE HELPER IN EXTRUSION:
- Assist operators will aid in all aspects of operation including change-overs, machine start-up, running and shut-down.
- Support operations in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business, beginning with Safety.
- While also knowing and understanding the role in product safety.
- When qualified will operate linesc when an operator is absent, or on vacation.
- Order and maintain resin boxes to sustain a proper steady supply of resin for machines
- Packaging rolls weigh and haul scrap miscellaneous housekeeping duties
- Comply with all 5S and WCM initiatives (Cross Training, moving to the work)
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
SCHEDULE: Work a 12 Hour Continuous Operating schedule rotating every couple of days from days to nights. Enjoy a 7-day period off each month. OR work an 8 Hour Rotating schedule where each week you rotate between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift working M-F.
