Job Description Position Overview: As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team as well as hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Your efforts will directly impact our company's ability to meet its staffing needs and achieve its strategic goals. This position will report to the Director, Talent & Development. Essential Responsibilities & Duties: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, Boolean Search, resume databases, and direct outreach, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging talent pools in the packaging, manufacturing, and engineering sectors to inform sourcing strategies. Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to assess qualifications, skills, and organizational fit. Maintain open and effective communication with potential candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process. Create and manage a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Work closely with the talent acquisition team, hiring manager and HR Business Partners to understand hiring requirements and develop sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates on sourcing activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring processes. Support/coordinate assigned Talent Acquisition projects and assignments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 2 years of experience developing and executing sourcing strategies. Minimum 2 years of experience candidate sourcing, ideally in a sourcing role within a fast-paced manufacturing organization. Minimum 1 year of experience performing full cycle recruiting within a manufacturing organization. Previous experience recruiting/sourcing manufacturing & engineering professionals. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools and methods such as Boolean Search. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Understanding of employment laws and regulations. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
