What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Staff position at Amego?
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Participates in performing all tasks necessary to maintain a safe environment for clients to live and work in by maintaining work safety standards.
- Individual is responsible for the safe use of the Amego facilities vehicle.
- Responsible for maintaining tools and equipment, provided by Amego, in order to execute daily maintenance.
- Uses facilities vehicle to pick up, transport, or deliver job supplies and equipment.
- Manage and coordinate the use of rental equipment for projects, as needed.
- Acts as the liaison with contracted workers including plumbers, electricians, etc,
- Responsible for overseeing the contracted work to ensure project is completed in a satisfactory manner and in accordance with the work order.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a related field is required. (Demonstrated expertise must be in carpentry or a trade area.)
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required or the equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently.
- Maturity, good judgment, and ability to handle confidential information
Full time position; Position includes holidays and weekend hours on an ON-Call rotation.
