Job Summary

Under limited supervision applying comprehensive program knowledge and subject matter expertise, provide program advisory support including detailed, comprehensive analysis interpreting technical and programmatic elements to prepare routine and non-routine correspondence and documentation, program presentations and briefings, and program management reports. May require some supervisory duties.

 

Essential Responsibilities: 

  1. Lead and mentor personnel assigned to program support functions.
  2. Interface with sales and marketing teams and subcontractor for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution of all auction activities in the support and achievement of customer sales goals.
  3. Interact with and advises customers by applying specific program knowledge and/or subject matter expertise in the execution of sales and operational tasks.
  4. Interact and provide technical assessment to customers, through the application of specific program knowledge and sales and marketing expertise, in the execution of sales and program management tasks.
  5. Analyze requirement, interface with other sales professionals to generate sales documentation such as sales plans, sale schedules, technical instructions/procedures and/or related material.
  6. Analyze and track sales and marketing budgets, sales schedules and deliverables, conduct research into specific auction of property, prepare findings and report findings to the customer.
  7. Create and maintain master files/schedules related to sale history, execution and status for the life of the sales and marketing program.
  8. Review, analyze, provide comments, and provide assessments of sales and operational program reports; research specific area and prepare findings.
  9. Interface with internal and external principal program participants for planning, prioritization and resolution of all sales and marketing activities to support customer goals for auctions. 

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

 

 

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

 

Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must posses planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident.
  2. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  3. 5 years of job related experience or equivalent.
  4. Good written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.
  5. Position may require travel.
  6. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
