Amentum is actively recruiting for a Supply Support Specialist (Logistician/Product Support Analyst) for work in the area of Program Support. The successful candidate will provide contractor technical support services for the Submarine Combat and Weapons Control Systems, ILS Branch Head (PMS425L).
Tasking includes:
- Junior/mid - level technical support to the PMS425L ILS Branch Head, develops PMS425 input to the Program Support Data (PSD) Automated Reporting and Tracking System (PARTS).
- Develops associated variance sheets to identify spares budget changes and supports PMS425L at the annual OPNAV spares budget reviews and analysis for the Combat and Weapons Control Systems supply support products necessary to ensure fleet readiness.
- Performs technical reviews and drafting analytical reports, technical documentation and meeting minutes for PMS425L as directed.
- Develops logistics presentations/briefs for PMS425L; including VIRGINIA Class ILSMT, Top Management Attention meetings, VIRGINIA Class Readiness Reviews, and other ad-hoc logistics briefing materials.
- Reviews program schedules and logistics milestones and assesses impacts to logistic product deliveries.
- Reviews the provisioning process, APL development, Outfitting, Procurement, COSAL development/maintenance and Stowage development
- Develops and maintains logistics planning documents including the AN/BYG-1 Product Support Plan, AN/BYG-1 IUID Plan.
- Assists in the development and update of the Combat Systems NTSP.
- Develops and gathers combat control data for the annual VAMOSC cost data submittal
- Supports the PMS425 and SWFTS obsolescence and reliability Integrated Project Teams.
- Coordinates tasks with Navy Participating Managers, Field Activities, NAVSUP, NAVSEALOGCEN and contractors.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related job field and at least 7 years of job-related experience or equivalent. Two years of job-related experience may be substituted for each year of college.
- Active DoD SECRET Government Security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
Military service and Logistic experience is a plus.
