Ameresco is seeking an Associate Project Development Manager for a Summer Internship session to work our of our Corporate Office in Framingham, MA.
Responsibilities :
Leads proposals utilizing the best system level approach to provide a solution to the customer. Support the Sales teams for pre-project phase. Contribute to the technical proposals;
Supports Solar, Battery Storage and Combined Heat and Power (CHP) project development activities
Support Lead System Engineer for Solar, Battery Storage and Combined Heat & Power (CHP) Systems.
Support the design and proposal process, the detailed costing matrix for Solar, Battery Storage (CHP) Systems;
Review the technical and budgetary content of offer prepared by the pre-project team;
Support of sales force on solar, energy storage and combined heat and power projects, including integration of Li-ion solutions with the power electronics/renewable energy package;
Evaluate if the project is technically and economically viable and prepare technical and cost information for the opportunity review gate;
Challenge and optimize technical solutions; and
Perform other duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Progressing towards a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science, or Math
6 months of engineering work or related experience.
Preferred qualifications:
1 year of engineering work experience.
Excellent organization skills including the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Strong verbal, written, computer communication, and technical presentation skills.
