Job Posting for Import/Export Coordinator at America Customs Brokerage Inc
Our company is in search for an experienced freight forwarding candidate to join our import/export/traffic team. This position requires communication with customers, ocean carriers, trucking companies and arrange shipment deliveries.
Job Description
Correspond with overseas agents, freight forwarders and customers etc regarding all shipments to make sure shipments are released and/or delivered to customer in timely manner
Prepare and send shipping documents to brokerage team on time for customs clearance
Coordinate with co-loaders and truckers for cargo pick up and delivery
Perform accurate updating and reporting to customers and manager
Troubleshoot and resolve shipping related issues in timely manner
Monitor, track, and trace all shipments
Qualifications
No customs brokerage experience is required.
Min 1 year freight forwarding experience preferred
Ability to communicate and provide great customer services in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details
