America's Car-Mart is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our friendly team. Compensation: $40,000 to $47,000 annually (hourly commission)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon sight and assist them in the selection of a quality vehicle
- Take customers on test drives
- Introduce every customer to the General Manager or Assistant Manager
- Inspect automobiles daily and report problems to the management team
- Explain current promotions to customers
- Complete and explain the sales quote and application paperwork
- Daily prospecting for sales leads
- Maintain lot merchandising and vehicle presentation materials
