Essential Job Functions:
- Learn from experienced plumbers all the technical and soft skills needed to be a Lead Plumber.
- Assist with light repair and installation work.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Always be courteous, respectful, and pleasant to the customer.
- Be accurate and timely with all paperwork.
- Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.
- Maintained a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
- Always be safety-conscious both on the job and while driving.
- Actively participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats
Qualifications:
- MUST have a Valid Driver's license.
- Undergo background check, drug screen, and driving record screen.
- Positive attitude
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects 10 - 50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100lbs.
Experience/Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
$18-22/HR, Based on experience
