Pharmacy Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative./dispatcher/office manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Experience in sales or upselling is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.18 - $21.89 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
