We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Host/Food Runners to join our team. As a Host/Food Runner, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage the seating chart and ensure guests are seated in a timely and efficient manner
- Answer phones and assist with reservations and take-out orders
- Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables
- Deliver food to tables and ensure that all orders are accurate and complete
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
