Production Associate - Night Shift

**Production Associate in Warrens, WI - Night Shift**

• Responsible for completing all station logs accurately
• Proficient in operating assigned equipment
• Skilled in safe forklift operation
• Promptly report any changes affecting product specifications
• Adherence to GMPs and safety policies

5:45pm-6:00am

$18 - $20 hourly $2 Shift Premium

• Perform troubleshooting on equipment.
• Perform hourly checks on all process equipment to ensure we are running within the parameters to maintain product specifications.
• Work closely with leads and supervisors to ensure product spec is met.
• Maintain a clean work area, keeping food contact utensils and floor/waste utensils separate.
• Properly separate the following fruit streams by nature of the product: Finished pallet cases, rework bins wood grade, Seed bins, and waste bins.
• Audit the effectiveness of sanitation/CIP on all equipment, lines, and tanks. Ensure proper time, temperature, and concentration are maintained during the wash cycle and recorded.

• Requires relevant specialized forklift experience beyond high school level education with 1-3 years preferred.
• Requires good mathematical ability to perform production-related calculations, effective interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and can accomplish tasks under deadline pressure.
• Must have a High School degree or GED.
