ABC Supply Company is currently looking for an IT Telecom Administrator for our National Support Center in Beloit. This position will serve multiple roles for our National Support Center in supporting the IT Infrastructure for over 900 remote locations as well as the ABC Supply facilities in Beloit, WI. Summary Requirements: Broad skills and ability to carry out assignments of moderate scope and complexity Strong work ethic and problem solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment Can operate independently and make technical decisions regarding assigned project work Fundamental business process knowledge Focus 50% on escalated tickets from Service Desk and 50% on project work Participate in on-call rotation Willing to work off hours as needed Willing to travel if the business needs require it 4 years of relevant experience and/or technical degree Demonstrate working knowledge of network fundamentals (IP addressing, routing, VLANs, DNS, etc.) Experience with FusionPBX Primary job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Setup, configure and troubleshoot VOIP/SIP equipment and systems Take second level network support calls escalated from IT Help Desk Configure, program, and support voicemail from various phone systems Maintain equipment inventory including warranty support Maintain documentation and service tickets Assist Engineers with various tasks related to telecom support Benefits may include: Health, dental, and vision coverage - eligible after 60 days, low out of pocket 401(k) with generous company match - eligible after 60 days, immediately vested Employer paid employee assistance program Employer paid short term and long term disability Employer paid life insurance Flex spending Paid vacation Paid sick days Paid holidays Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Workplace ABC Supply values diversity and we actively encourage women, minorities, and veterans to apply.
