 ACMG is looking for a Medical Records Review (MRR) Physician to support the review of medical and personnel documentation as required for Medical Review Boards (MRB), Military Occupational Skill (MOS) Administrative Retention Review (MAR2), Incapacitation (INCAP) Reviews, Profiles and provide recommendations to the Unit Commands and the G-1 on appropriate personnel action to support the Army National Guard
 
General Duties include:
  • Documentation of significant medical events that have occurred since the last period of duty or may limit duty performance should be provided to the unit administrator for inclusion into the soldier’s health record before the next period of duty. A profile assessment by a military provider should also occur before the next period of duty.
  • Documentation to be placed into the Health Readiness Record (HRR) in the Medical Electronic Data (for) Care History and Readiness Tracking (MED-CHART) or other designated electronic database as a permanent electronic record of any significant medical events.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Must be S.C. Medical Board certification of proposed Physician(s).
  • Must have a Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree of proposed Physician(s)
  • Must have Army Flight Surgeon Course certificate or similar proof of training conducted by U.S. Army Aeromedical Center, FT Rucker, Al of proposed Physician(s).
