Responsibilities:

• Apply your exceptional problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and solve complex business challenges.
• Utilize math and logic to perform data analysis and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business strategies and optimize operational processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Lead and develop a team to drive business performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A proactive and curious mindset, always seeking innovative solutions and continuously learning.
• Able to jump in and solve complex problems using analytics and strategic thinking.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• A bachelor’s degree and exceptional academic performance.
• 3 years of relevant experience including time spent leading teams.
• Clear, concise, and effective communication abilities for diverse audiences.

This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Normal days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours may vary and exceed 40 hours per week depending on business needs.  Hours may also be outside normal business hours and on weekends.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.
