Machine Operator
Seeking experienced paper converting rewinder and/or folder operators to join our company located on the west side of Green Bay.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order.
• Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production procedures.
• Set all machine operation information (Centerlines) such as speed, gain, tension rider roll pressure and chucks onto machine before it begins running.
• Load all production materials in the various parts of the machine where they are supposed to be to enhance production output.
• Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift.
• Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running.
• Troubleshoot problems
• Ensure that regular and preventative maintenance procedures are carried out.
• Preform random tests to ensure accuracy.
• Perform safety checks
• Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output.
• Ensure stocks of needed materials are ready and available at all times.
• Accurately complete any and all paper/computer work associated with job.
• Direct and supervise crew members.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices. Visitor tour ready at all times.
• Work with team on reducing waste and improving productivity.
• Follow and enforce ACC policy and procedure to uphold the Quality Policy and promote customer focus.
• Follow all ACC Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Swing Shift - Must be able to work a rotation between days and nights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
