- Competitivepay scale : $0.60$0.70 per mile based onexperience
- Perdiempay
- AverageWeekly Pay : $1600$2000
- Flexiblehome time : 1214 days out with some areas offering weekly hometime
- Primaryrunning areas : Covering all 48 states noNYC
- AverageMiles perWeek : ;
- AverageLength of Haul : 650miles
- LayoverPay is $250 per day (after first24hrs).
- StopPay is $50 for any stops after 1ststop.
- Drivercan take truck home on hometime
- Riderand pet policyavailable
- 24hourdispatchsupport
- Insurancecoverage begins after 30days
Qualifications :
- Minimumage : 23 years old
- Minimum 12 monthsof Verifiable OTR experience : within the last 3years
- No more than 2 movingviolations within the last 3years
- DOT recordable accidents : Nonein the last 3 years;
- No PreventableRearEnd collisions or Roll Overs in the last 5years
- No more than 3 incidents withinthe last 3 years
- No reckless drivingor speeding 15 over speed limits in the last 3years
- No more than 6 within the last3 years
- No safetyrelated issues atthe last job
- No vehiclerelatedfelonies in the last 10 years
- No DUIsin the last 10years
- Must get Hazmat& Tanker within 60 days of employment (for bulk tank loadsin reefertrailer).
