Position Overview :

• Equipment : Operate 53' refrigerated trailers on a dedicated account.
• Freight : 100% no touch freight, featuring drop and hook and live store load / unloads.
• Schedule : Weekly home time, ensuring a minimum 34-hour reset.
• Flexibility : Drivers must be available for both daytime and nighttime shifts.
• Operation : 7-day operation with weekends not guaranteed off.
• Work Schedule Options : Choose between a 5-day work week (personal vehicle required for terminal travel) or a 6-day work week (take the truck home).
• Mileage : Average 1,700 miles per week.

Pay & Benefits :

• Competitive Mileage Pay : Earn $0.69 to $0.81 per mile, plus a $1,000 pay guarantee.
• Training Pay : $650 available for drivers with less than 6 months OTR / Regional experience.
• Additional Incentives : $10 for the first stop, $15 for each additional stop, and $25 for short hauls under 50 miles.
• Average Weekly Earnings : Approximately $1,500.
• Monthly Bonus : $0.06 per mile for exceeding 8,200 miles with no accidents and maintaining 7 MPG fuel efficiency.
• Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO after 30 days.

Trainee Program :

• Training Duration : Trainees will complete a comprehensive 4-6 week mentorship with an experienced OTR driver before transitioning to solo driving.

Driver Requirements :

• Education : Must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours.
• Age : Minimum 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Driving Record : Must have a clean driving record with no major accidents, serious tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years.
• Background Check : No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the last 5 years.
• Drug Screening : Must pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.
