Position Summary:
Acquires and maintains member relationships by providing excellent member service. Develops and deepens member relationships by offering relevant solutions to meet their needs, and by taking ownership and resolving customer problems quickly and efficiently. Meets or exceeds sales goals by determining the financial needs of each member, matching this to the appropriate Credit Union product or service, and delivering the product or service in a manner which satisfies the member.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Demonstrates professional behaviors at all times and interacts with members to build positive relationships.

Actively listens and asks questions to determine financial needs of member.

Accurately explains the features and benefits of all credit union products and services.

Demonstrates excellent member service by cross-selling additional Credit Union products and services to meet member’s financial needs.

Consistently contributes to the attainment of individual and branch goals.

Performs the following functions:
-
Accurately opens new member accounts.
-
Effectively closes and books Home Equity and consumer loans.

Effectively processes Visa, consumer loan and home equity loan applications.

Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, maintenance requests, check cashing, issuing and accepting negotiable instruments, end-of-day balancing.

Orders cash, balances ATM, TCR and Vault, balance/image monetary instruments, order supplies, and other such transactions necessary to service the members.

Participates in community events.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:

Education and/or Experience:
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Sales or referral experience in a goal or incentive-based environment preferred.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:
Notary Public and Signature Guarantee.
NMLS Registration and annual renewal
Completes all training and testing required for certification
