Product Manager-Insurance and Annuities-WMS

The Product Manager is responsible for the maintenance and growth of the insurance and annuity product platform. As part of Wealth Management Solutions (WMS), overall responsibilities will include overseeing the advisor experience for third party products, supporting recruiting and transition efforts, managing the carrier hold and service platform, administering industry data capabilities, agreement execution and compensation oversight. Key Responsibilities Work as a resource to support our Recruiting & Transition teams in doing book reviews for Experienced Advisor Recruits and Financial Institutions Manage carrier and product Hold and Service platform maintenance and onboarding including administering industry data capabilities Oversee cost reimbursement audits, agreement executions, regulatory insights and conduct product analysis and rate updates Provide insights and actionable recommendations in support of advisor and client experience improvements and enhance operational process and controls for the product lines Work to solve complex operational, regulatory, field, and client issues across a matrixed organization and with external vendors and carriers. Participate in the development of business processes and procedures, training, and communication needs for the product line Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5 years financial services experience, preferably in product management for insurance and annuities Excellent strategic and analytical skills to solve complex problems and identify new product solutions along with attention to detail and personal accountability Relationship and Project Management experience preferably with background in brokered insurance Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of laws and regulations related to broker dealer responsibilities with regard to insurance and annuity products preferred Active Series 7 or the ability to obtain within 120 days About Our Company We’re a diversified financial services leader with more than $1 trillion in assets under management and administration.
