The Operations Manager provides overall leadership for the assigned region, ensuring the delivery of the highest level of patient care and client service. As such, the Operations Manager is responsible for developing a strategic plan and creating goals and objectives in the areas of growth, client retention, operational excellence and profitability. In addition, the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing Operations personnel, including, but not limited to, phlebotomists, couriers, processors, testing personnel (if applicable), managers and supervisors. This role is an integral part of the AEL leadership structure, such that the Operations Manager will be expected to be an ongoing, contributing member to the leadership council of AEL.

In this role, you will:
- Ensure the provision of outstanding patient care and exceptional client service for the region.
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring for all direct reports to ensure an engaged and productive workforce.
- Responsible for all aspects of growth, client retention, operational excellence and profitability for the region.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with rules and regulations set forth by Federal and State agencies, accrediting organizations, AEL and SHUSA.
- Right-size staffing to ensure provision of exceptional patient care and client service.
- Identify resources required to execute on the Operations business plan.
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
All you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum seven years’ experience in healthcare markets with documented increasing level of responsibility and supervisory experience.
- A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
