How will you make an impact in this role?
American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading provider of payment solutions for businesses of all sizes. Within GCS, the US Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) segment is a key area of strategic focus and investment. The Digital Commerce team accelerates growth for US SME by developing best-in-class, integrated digital experiences from the first touchpoint in the acquisition journey through onboarding.
The Director of Offers Strategy, Digital Applications, and Onboarding plays a critical role in the success of our B2B acquisition channels. This role is responsible for setting our offers strategy and ensuring a seamless journey from digital Card application through onboarding. As the leader of offers strategy, this person will design, test, and evaluate welcome incentives, balancing demand with efficiency. On application experience, this person will lead a large multi-disciplinary project to make our application experience more dynamic. We are looking for a candidate who can think strategically and has a proven track record of building strong relationships to deliver transformational capabilities, tests, and initiatives.

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
