The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

The Membership Value team is responsible for marketing and merchandising unique offer value through spend and lend stimulation strategies, industry and category tactics and marquee merchant offerings including Fingerprint and Industry offers, Amex Offers, and Amex Perks. The Senior Analyst be responsible for leading the Amex Offers capabilities roadmap as well as reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain the Amex Offers capabilities roadmap in an effort to drive repeat engagement and improve the overall marketing and user experience
• Collaborate with internal technology teams to deliver on Amex Offers roadmap
• Own performance reporting and analysis of Amex Offers

Minimum Qualifications:

• Self-starter with an ability to navigate the organization and processes independently 
• Demonstrates strategic thought leadership
• Ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally
• Energetic, positive, flexible, and proactive
• Excellent project manager that can operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and drive projects from concept to implementation
• Experience in digital marketing
• Highly organized with an ability to balance multiple workstreams and timelines

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
