Within GCS, the US Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) segment is a key area of strategic focus and investment. The Affiliate Marketing team accelerates US SME growth by partnering with a network of innovative digital publishers to drive consideration and conversion of our products among business owners. We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to manage relationships with strategic partners and collaborate with them to craft new marketing strategies that drive profitable acquisition growth and ensure strong competitive positioning. S/he will also pursue opportunities to reach more business owners through new partnerships and demand generation strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Deepen existing partnerships with digital publishers to efficiently grow new accounts and spend 
• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategies to expand reach to high value businesses, including ongoing test & learn
• Identify and deliver strategic demand generation opportunities with partners across digital channels
• Shape forecasting and compensation strategy for partner portfolio to meet growth and efficiency goals
• Collaborate with partner and digital marketing teams to develop and inform best in class B2B marketing
• Partner with teams including Product, Legal/Compliance, Risk, Analytics, Experiential Marketing and Consumer Affiliate to develop new marketing strategies and experiences
• Develop and execute plans for partner events and engagement

Qualifications:

• Seasoned marketer with 5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in affiliate marketing, content strategy, and/or paid media marketing highly preferred
• Strategic thinker who can develop and prioritize end-to-end marketing strategies that drive tangible results while ensuring magnificent execution
• Proven collaborator who can effectively build relationships with diverse partners and successfully influence others
• Superb written and verbal communicator with the ability to use data to tell a story and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Analytical thinker with ability to leverage data to inform and influence decision-making
• Creative problem solver with comfort navigating new and complex processes and a positive, solutions-oriented approach
• Positive “can do” attitude, with willingness to pivot quickly in the face of change, and ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Enthusiastic, curious, and adaptable
