The Global Risk & Compliance Organization (“GRC”) ensures the company operates in a safe, sound and fully compliant manner within all applicable regulatory expectations. We create and maintain the overall risk management framework while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Global Risk and Compliance is comprised of four organizations: Global Compliance and Ethics, Global Privacy, Global Operational Risk & Oversight, and Regulatory Exam Lifecycle Management.
The VP Chief of Staff & Strategic Planning will report directly to David Nigro, Chief Risk Officer. This VP position is responsible to provide strategic, analytical, and operational support to the CRO and the GRC organization, ranging from balancing day-to-day business priorities and long-term strategic deliverables. He/she will be a vital member of the GRC Leadership Team, working closely with business partners and senior leaders on the development and execution of risk strategy, operating model, and talent development processes.
The VP Chief of Staff & Strategic Planning executes a broad range of business and management assignments, including:
Salary Range: $185,000.00 to $260,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
