As our newest insurance sales producer, you will offer insurance products to fit each customer's needs. We will help you develop a marketing plan and provide continual training in order for you to maximize your professional growth. As a full-time sales producer you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their dreams, families, and assets.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity; including all available products.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Multi-State Property & Casualty license is required.
- Multi-Health & Life license is required.
- Career minded vision.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Successful sales background preferred.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
- Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
Salary : $50,900 - $64,400
