Job Description:
Join the Wayne Klassen American Family Insurance Agency team in Castle Rock, CO!
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate prospecting through direct mail and personal insurance reviews, entering leads, pulling motor vehicle and claims reports, entering new applications and submitting changes on existing policies.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Hourly pay rate range of $17.00 - $20.00 (depends on experience and licensing)

Position Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Customer service experience
· Sales experience
· Former office or retail work experience helpful
· Property and Casualty insurance licensing is preferred before starting or to be obtained within six weeks of starting employment (paid by agency)
· Experience with computer software including MS Office Suite, Chrome, etc.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent phone skills
· Customer relationship building skills
· Willingness to learn and grow
