We seek a motivated and results-driven Insurance Advisor to join the J. Setum Agency, INC with American Family Insurance in Milwaukee, WI. As an Insurance Advisor, you will promote and sell insurance policies to potential clients while providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our insurance agency.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively cross-sells and coordinates with agency team members to provide additional coverage to existing customers.
• Prospects for new business through leads, telephone calls, networking events, trade shows, and personal contacts (Includes leads through centers of influence, social media, B2B and B2C networks, and sales lead groups)
• Secures new business through individual effort and established lead methods.
• Prepares quotations and applications and delivers effective presentations to close sales.
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of insurance products, including coverage options, premiums, and deductibles.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy renewals, and claims assistance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and maximize customer retention.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance concepts and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently towards our team goals.
• A valid insurance license (Property & Casualty and Life License) or willingness to obtain one. Property; Casualty; and Life (Reimbursement of online training program and state licenses after 1 month of hire date).

Pay: $36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
