  • Develop, review, and maintain sales and related training and recruitment materials based on contract language and compliance requirements of NAIC Model Advertising Regulation and state legislation while maintaining AFA/SBU image.
  • Produce (including actual design and layout) and monitor all printed and electronic sales material (including print, web) for supporting communication to potential or existing Customers on products and services portfolio.
  • Train and/or mentor other Advertising Compliance Analysts in all aspects of advertising compliance.

Requirements:



  • 5-7 years experience in insurance industry, business, marketing, or advertising required, including 3-5 years as an Advertising Compliance Analyst.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Advanced layout and design skills, ability to create for print or web.
  • Proficient in applicable Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint)
  • Proficient in applicable Adobe Creative Suite Programs including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Advanced grammar and writing skills.
  • Significant progress toward industry related designation.
