  • Utilize contract and compliance knowledge to interpret and initiate renewal actions or other contract changes on a group. Interpret and execute instructions to issue, update, terminate group master contracts, plans, and certificates in all appropriate systems.
  • Serve as technical analyst for all group product contracts and the technical systems used to support them. Participate in renewals, product development, contract maintenance, administration and reporting.
  • Serve as the technical analyst to utilize new technology, implement process improvement within contract services, and participate in testing of new systems, products, processes, etc. that relate to contract services tasks.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Mathematical aptitude
  • Advanced analysis and interpretation skills
  • Self-motivation and directed
  • Advanced organization skills – ability to manage multiple priorities and/or projects
