Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing or related field;
• Proven experience with CRM administration and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including a solid understanding of email marketing;
• Proficiency in CRM customization, database management, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio);
• Experience in rolling out CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for a wholesale sales team is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and ensure the integrity of the CRM system, aligning it with organizational needs.
• Customize CRM features and modules, import/update customer records, and maintain data accuracy.
• Design and execute responsive, engaging email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create and optimize email templates, ensuring consistent branding and a seamless user experience.
• Manage data extensions for targeted segmentation and utilize dynamic content for personalization.
• Implement marketing automation journeys, set up triggered emails, and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
• Integrate CRM with business applications like marketing automation tools and ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud training, support to users, and troubleshoot issues.
• Generate, analyze, and report on key metrics to offer insights into customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and maintain data security across platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.
