Salary Range: $34,400.00 - $51,600.00 Salary
Description
Assist Parts Department in order to fulfill customer demands.
- Assist in stockroom with parts order picking, packing, receiving, and shipping.
- Assist in administration of new machine sales projects and spare parts orders.
- Receive parts daily, working alongside stockroom coordinator.
- Pick and pack daily parts orders for shipment.
- Create shipping labels for DHL, UPS, & Fed Ex daily shipments.
- Complete necessary documents to facilitate international shipments.
- Generate sales quotations, sales orders and shipping documents in AX ERP system.
- Generate purchase orders for parts and new machines in AX ERP system.
- Create and assist in administration of new machine projects in AX ERP system.
- Assist logistics coordinator with obtaining quotes for, and tracking progress of, machine shipments.
- Build knowledge of inventory and learn industrial equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate; preferred some college or technical school.
- Technical/Mechanical understanding a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Creative and idea driven.
- Proficient with computers and software including Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
- Have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a focus on quality of work.
- Time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
