What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Relations Coordinator position at American Gastroenterological Association?
REPORTS TO: Manager, Corporate Relations
SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting Corporate Relations fundraising processes. Assist with a variety of administrative functions that support Corporate Relations and the AGA Research Foundation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes grant submissions and tracks grant requests to corporate supporters. Including management of revenue tracking document and reporting on key metrics.
- Completes and tracks grant reconciliations for closeout of internal programs.
- Routes and tracks contracts using AGA software.
- Coordinates staff calendars and logistics for travel to external meetings.
- Coordinates document dissemination for corporate meetings including Power Point presentations, company backgrounders, agendas, staff calendars.
- Works closely with Finance Department to initiate program code requests, invoice development and track payment status of outstanding funds.
- Supports the AGA Research Foundations operations and coordinate administrative processes for all donor stewardship letters (e.g. gift acknowledgement letters and welcome letters):
- Other duties, as needed, from the Corporate Relations and AGA Research Foundation Department.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and/or administrative capacity in healthcare, education, or non-profit industries
- Bachelors degree, preferred.
- Some travel may be required (2-3 times per year).
