Part Time Field Supervisor

AS A FIELD SUPERVISOR YOU WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

· Inspects and evaluates security officers for appearance, alertness, and proper performance.

· Communicate company policies and procedures to all staff.

· Professional appearance.

· Respond immediately to open shifts and stand post till covered.

· Conduct daily visits to all locations assigned.

· Assist with complaints from clients.

· Able to provide high quality customer service.

· Ability to operate radio or telephone

· Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities.

· Able to work extended hours.

· Able to work Days, Swing, Graveyard, Weekends, and Holidays.

· Able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

· No Felony Arrests/Convictions Professional appearance.

· Must maintain satisfactory attendance and performance throughout employment as a Field Supervisor.

· Inspect and replace equipment used by the security officers.

· Must become knowledgeable of AGS and customer's expectations and ensure security officer compliance of such policies and procedures.

· Must be able and willing to stand post at client locations on an as needed basis due to emergencies or as extra support.

· Must be able to work in various working environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as rain, heat, cold.

· Must have effective written and oral communication skills, must be able to use independent judgment.

· Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift

· Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds

The Ideal Candidate

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

· Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

· Must have a DMV printout of clean driving record

Other

· Computer skills to utilize technology.

· Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States

· Clean Driver License (With No DUI's or Multiple Moving Violations)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
