Job Description

Our company is currently seeking ​an Entry level contracts admin/Accounts Receivable clerk  to join our team! This person will be responsible in collecting payments and collecting necessary documents needed to close a  contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts receivable
  • Collections
  • Data entry within our CRM
  • Verify and record transactions and resolve account discrepancies
  • Record and store customer information

Qualifications:

  • Accounts receivable/collections experience
  • Strong data entry & computer skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments without difficulty
  • Multitasking skills are a must!
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines using effective time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
  • Responsible, honest and punctual
