We have an opportunity that has been created specifically to one candidate to take our shop to the next level. We are hiring for a Lead Technician/ Shop Foreman here in sunny Venice, Florida. As the Foreman and Lead Technician you have the ability to lead a team, organize and distribute the workload, maintain a team atmosphere, work closely with management to ensure a smooth daily routine, and much more. ASE Certifications are desired but not mandatory. We are looking for a LEADER, mechanical experience is mandatory. We service all makes and models, fleet vehicles, diesels, foreign cars and domestic. You have the ability to work with a wide array of vehicle makes and models. We are looking for someone to ensure we remain clean and orderly, organized and on task every day. Willing to discuss job duties in depth during the interview process.
We use state of the art equipment and supply our customers with digital inspections making it an easy transaction between each repair. We have the support of our partners through Napa Auto Parts, and we are a proud Napa Gold Certified shop. We work safely and efficiently, and you have a true team environment to back you and your work. We have a top notch service team that provides you will all the tools you need to succeed! Some examples of the tools we use: Autovitals Digital Inspections and CRM, Autel MaxiSys, Pro Demand Mitchell 1 Machines, brand new alignment rack and lifts, Snap-on, and Identifix. The best part about this job, the people! The clientele is wonderful and you have a strong team to match.
Compensation:
SIGN-ON BONUS of $2000 after 90 days of employment!!!
$60,000-$100,000 annually.
