A beautiful, privately owned skilled nursing facility located in Delmar, DE is currently seeking an Administrator
Responsibilities of the Administrator - Long Term Care:
- Lead and direct the overall operation of day to day business of agency in accordance with federal, state and local governance and regulations.
- Participates in development of all the agency’s objectives, standards or operational policies and procedures affecting business operations.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance measures and compliance related issues.
- Oversee policy development in conjunction with Director of Patient Services and Director of Human Resources for the implementation of “Best Practices” while expanding upon active compliance and Quality Assurance Program.
- Directs supervision of all corporate staff.
Qualifications of the Administrator - Long Term Care:
- Must have a valid Delaware Administrator license
- Must have experience as an Administrator
- Must have long term care experience
- Must have excellent verbal & written skills
- Must have strong leadership skills
