Administrator needed for a home care/assisted living facility located in the Bronx, NY

**Salary- up to $90K (Depending on Experience)**

Responsibilities of the Administrator-

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.

Qualifications of the Administrator 

  •   Administrator licensed preferred, but not required
  •   Must have clinical expertise
  • Home Care and/or Assisted Living experience preferred
  •   Understanding of the Medicaid process
  • Able to facilitate growth of the program using community relations and marketing
  • Proven Leadership & Management Skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
