Successful completion of New Hire Training. Uses 1-2 skills for phone coverage. Skills can be CR/Billing or Click to Chat. Has multiple product knowledge; Ability to process multiple products and transactions. Ability to multi-task and work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Schedule is Monday-Friday 11am-8pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming call volume and provide written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
- Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, & products
- Uses multiple computer applications
- Actively participates and involvement in department initiatives and goals
