What are the responsibilities and job description for the Steward position at American Place - Waukegan, Illinois?

Excellent internal/external guest service
Scrape and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or by automatic dishwasher
Wash pots, pans, and trays
Sweep and mop kitchen floors
Responsible for removal of all trash from kitchen areas
General all-purpose cleaning and sanitizing of dish room
Other reasonable duties as assigned
Ability to handle high volume and stress situations
Must be able to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift
Exposure to smoke, bright lights, and noise at times
