Construction Sales Representative

Job Summary:
American Precast Concrete is the leader in desinger concrete fencing and precast walls. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze commercial construction market potential, track sales trends, and generate leads
- Conduct outside sales activities to reach out to potential customers
- Present and demonstrate our products to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

Requirements:
- 5-7 years Proven experience in the Commerical Construction Sales field. Candidates without this experience will not be considered
- Strong knowledge of technology sales is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Self-motivated with a drive for achieving sales targets
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
