**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, and team leadership.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base

- Lead a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth

- Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with clients

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

- Monitor branch performance metrics and report on progress to senior management

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in account management, outside sales, or technology sales

- Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive business development initiatives

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to use Salesforce or similar CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
