Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Visiting Nurse to provide high-quality healthcare services to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a strong clinical background.
Duties:
- Traveling to patients' home, conducting assessments and develop individualized care plans in according to physicians' instructions
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families
Skills:
- Proficiency in CT scanning techniques
- Knowledge of sterile processing procedures
- Experience in behavioral health assessments
- Ability to perform gastric lavage when necessary
- Strong background in acute care settings
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Knowledge of primary care principles
- Competency in inhalation therapy techniques
- Experience with Sandata/Devero electronic health records system
- Understanding of laboratory testing procedures

Pay: $25.77 - $30.00 per hour
